Personal Financial Education for Corporations, Organizations and Associations

Financial Education

The average worker has three major assets: their job; their home; and their retirement plan. Successful business owners have one major asset: their workforce.

Today, employers are keenly aware that employee productivity and financial well-being are inextricably intertwined. According to a 2014 Society for Human Resource Management study, “Seven out of 10 HR professionals indicated that personal financial challenges have a ‘large’ or ‘some’ impact on overall employee performance. Of these HR professionals, approximately one-half reported that employees’ stress (50%) and their ability to focus on work (47%) were the aspects of employee performance most negatively affected by personal financial challenges.”

As a result of the 2008-2009 financial crises improving financial literacy is a priority today for smart corporations, organizations and associations of all sizes.

At BPU we work with employers such as you to educate your employees about all aspects of their personal finances to assist them in developing sound personal financial practices, which, in turn, enables them to gain more control of their financial resources going forward and for you to build a more productive workforce.

BPU works with employers throughout the country to improve the financial wellness of their employees through our Personal Financial Education Program. We accomplish this by helping employees develop a more secure financial future through appropriately tailored personal financial education. Our courses motivate employees to take control of their future through classroom learning and practical application. They are taught by BPU’s team of credentialed professionals who have years of experience teaching financial literacy. Our team includes: Attorneys, Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analysts™, and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Practitioners. BPU employees are strictly prohibited from soliciting employees in connection with our Personal Financial Education Program.
